Candidates must have at least five years of management experience in swine production and very strong interpersonal abilities. This individual will be responsible for preparing operating budgets, providing accountability for cost and revenue performance, executing annual operating plans, coaching team members, providing performance evaluations, and visiting production sites to ensure best management practices are utilized. 50% travel.
